Rolling Thunder Gamefest (RTG) Attendee Policies
- Attendees are expected to follow federal, state, county, and city laws.
- There are no refunds for badges once the event has started.
- RTG cannot replace lost, stolen or forgotten badges and/or event tickets.
- Follow the rules of games, event spaces, and staff/volunteer instructions. Cheating or unsportsmanlike conduct during games is prohibited.
- No firearms may be brought into any McPherson Campus buildings except for sworn law enforcement.
- Attendees are welcome to wear hall costumes. Any props/weapons must be clearly fake and checked/approved before entrance to RTG.
- Attendees should ask permission before photographing or recording anyone at RTG.
- Harassment is not tolerated. McPherson College defines harassment as unwelcome verbal, non-verbal, or physical conduct that denigrates or shows hostility or aversion toward an employee, volunteer, or guest because of a protected category. Examples of conduct prohibited by this policy may include, but are not limited to, jokes or pranks that are hostile or demeaning with regard to a person’s protected status or have the purpose or effect of creating an intimidating, hostile, abusive or offensive environment.
- If at any time a guest feels unsafe or targeted by harassment, please contact an event staff or volunteer immediately.
- Use of tobacco products is not allowed on McPherson College campus.
- RTG reserves the right to expel any guest, volunteer, or vendor for violations of these policies.
