PopiCon! Game Convention will be held at the Century Center in South Bend, IN on Saturday, February 3rd, 2024.
For the purposes of PopiCon!, ARTIST is defined as an entity that produces creative works and/or adds significant value/customization to the goods they sell and DEALER is defined as an entity that sells merchandise they did not personally create.
Collectively we refer to ARTISTS and DEALERS as EXHIBITORS.
PopiCon! has the right to make final decisions as to what category an applicant fits into.
The EXHIBITION HALL is open from 10:00am to 11:30pm. EXHIBITORS are required to have their booths set up by 9:30am and staff them from 10:00am to 8:00pm, but we encourage you to staff them longer. All booths must be cleaned up by 11:30pm.
SET UP. Exhibitors may set their booth up the Friday before the event from 6:00pm to 8:00pm and/or from 7:30am to 9:30am the day of the event.
TEAR DOWN. Exhibitors may tear their booths down any time after 8:00pm on Saturday, February. 3rd.

FACILITY FEES
Pre-purchase of electricity is available for an additional fee of $50 per booth if purchased before December 31st, 2023. If purchased after December 31st, that fee will go up to $100. These fees are what the Century Center charges for electrical drops.
SELECTION PROCESS. Once received, we will review your application. We have space for roughly 50 artists and dealers so it is possible that not all applicants will be accepted. No applicant will be billed until after they’ve been approved as an exhibitor.
TABLE STAFFING. Exhibitors must staff their respective booth(s) the entire time they are conducting business. If you cannot attend the entire event, please make arrangements with Convention staff prior to the Convention. A non-staffed booth is at the risk of the Exhibitor.
EXHIBITOR DISPLAY. Once assigned a Booth space, Exhibitors may arrange their spot however they see fit. If the provided tables/chairs are not required, please inform the Event staff ahead of the Convention. Please ensure that all displays are safe to aisle traffic and do not block neighboring Exhibitors’ Booths in any way. Keep all wares and advertisements within your provided space.
SECURITY. The Exhibition Area will be secured the evening prior to the event by the Century Center.
SHARING. Exhibitors will make a reasonable effort to share resources with fellow Exhibitors, including space to unload and dollies. Be kind, we’re all in this together.
SALES POLICY. Booths are for the sale of art and merchandise only (no food items).
PROHIBITED ITEMS. This is a family-friendly event. Exhibitors will not be in possession of any illegal or adult items while on premises. This includes drugs, bootleg materials, alcohol, or pornographic materials. (As fantasy art can be risqué, it is acceptable so long as it does not portray explicit sexual acts.) No adult themed (pornographic, tobacco, alcohol, paraphernalia, or grotesque adult) items will be allowed in any of the event areas.
Exhibitors shall defend, indemnify and hold PopiCon LLC and PopiCon Game Convention harmless from any claim or lawsuit arising from any act or omission on the part of the Exhibitor, its agents, or employees that may cause harm to others, including but not limited to any and all claims or lawsuits arising from or concerning retail licensing, copyrights, and patents of the merchandise sold by the Exhibitor. In the event that PopiCon LLC takes legal action to enforce this provision and prevails, Exhibitors shall be responsible for the payment of all costs, expenses and attorney fees incurred by PopiCon LLC in pursuit of such enforcement.
