Thank you for your interest in being part of the Merchant Hall at OrcaCon 2026. OrcaCon will be held January 9th-11th, 2026 at the DoubleTree Seattle Airport, in SeaTac, WA.

The OrcaCon Merchant Hall is a juried room and we reserve the right to select Merchants who we feel are a good fit. We will review each application since we have limited space and we wish for a variety of local shops and artisans items offered for sale that fit within our goal of an inclusive and welcoming environment. OrcaCon also reserves the right to prohibit the sale of certain items in the Merchant Hall including, but not limited to, non-licensed, pirated, or mature/graphic material.

All tables and booths must be ADA accessible.

All merchants are required to comply with Washington State and City of Seatac business license requirements.

OrcaCon 2026 Merchant Hall rates:

• 8'x8' Merchant Booth - base includes one 6' table and 1 full weekend Merchant badge: $150.00
• 10'x10' Merchant Booth - base includes two 6' tables and 2 full weekend Merchant badges: $300.00
• Wifi: $20/device
• Additional Merchant badges will be available to purchase for accepted Merchants.
• You will be able to request additional tables and chairs when you purchase your booth if you are accepted.
• Onsite parking is available at $16.00, local and overnight, exclusive of tax and city fee per day.

Electricity is available in the room and there is no additional cost, however there is no guarantee there will be an outlet near each booth space. Merchants must provide their own extension cords.

Subletting of table space is PROHIBITED.

There is the possibility of splitting booths between vendors. Note that both vendors must apply and be accepted separately and note on the application who they intend to share the booth with. Contact Heather Curtin, Merchant Hall Coordinator, at merchants@orcacon.org for more information.

Merchant badges include full attendee access to the convention.

• Friday: 10 AM to 6 PM
• Saturday: 10 AM to 6 PM
• Sunday: 10 AM to 4 PM

Applications must be submitted by Sept 01, 2025. Acceptance/denial letters will be emailed out to you by September 17, 2025 with instructions on completing your registration. All dealers will have until October 26, 2025 to remit their payment and reserve their tables.
