Thank you for your interest in being part of the Merchant Hall at OrcaCon 2024. OrcaCon will be held January 5th-7th, 2024 at the Bellevue Hilton, in Bellevue, WA.

The OrcaCon Merchant Hall is a juried room and we reserve the right to select Merchants who we feel are a good fit. We will review each application since we have limited space and we wish for a variety of local shops and artisans items offered for sale that fit within our goal of an inclusive and welcoming environment. OrcaCon also reserves the right to prohibit the sale of certain items in the Merchant Hall including, but not limited to, non-licensed, pirated, or mature/graphic material.

All tables and booths must be ADA accessible.

All merchants are required to comply with Washington State and City of Bellevue business license requirements.

OrcaCon 2024 Merchant Hall rates:

• 6-foot Merchants table with 1 Merchant Badge: $150.00
• 10x10 Merchants booth with 2 Merchant Badges: $300.00
• Additional Merchant badges may be purchased for $50.00 each.

Electricity is available at no additional cost. Merchants must provide their own extension cords.

Subletting of table space is PROHIBITED.

Merchant badges include full attendee access to the convention.

OrcaCon 2024 Merchant Hall hours:

• Friday: 10 AM to 6 PM
• Saturday: 10 AM to 6 PM
• Sunday: 10 AM to 4 PM

Applications must be submitted by Sept 01, 2023. Acceptance/denial letters will be emailed out to you by September 18, 2023 with instructions on completing your registration. All dealers will have until October 27, 2023 to remit their payment and reserve their tables.
