The inaugural Omaha Gaming Convention (OGC) was a tremendous success. Our 2026 event sold out, welcomed more than 200 attendees, and brought board gamers to Omaha from 12 states and Canada. That response showed us there is a strong demand for a board game convention that brings people together to play, learn, connect, and belong.

Now we’re getting ready for an even bigger 2027 experience!

The Omaha Gaming Convention will take place July 9–11, 2027, at Embassy Suites by Hilton Omaha Downtown Old Market. OGC is expanding into a larger venue with room for approximately 400–500 attendees and more than 20 vendors, giving us more opportunities to connect sponsors with the gaming community. The convention is powered by Our Family Plays Games, and 2027 will also introduce the 1st Annual OFPG Honors Game Awards Show.
