What are the game library hours?

There will be an after-hours drop-off bin near the library for game returns. Play to Win entries may not be turned in after hours. How does Play to Win work?

There will be Play to Win games. Entries must be turned in by 2:00 PM on Sunday, with the drawing at 4:00 PM on Sunday. For the updated attendee version, add the organizer rules that attendees must be at least 16 years old to win a Play to Win game, only one Play to Win game may be won per person, and there is no after-hours Play to Win turn-in. If you want to enter, do not assume you can “drop it off later.” Get it in while the library is staffed and open.

Transportation, airport shuttle, and parking

Is there an airport shuttle? What should I do when I land?

What if the hotel lot is full?

If the on-site lot reaches capacity, the best nearby public options identified in official downtown parking information are metered street parking, the 15th & Howard surface lot, the OPPD Energy Plaza garage at 1666 Howard Street, and the Omaha Park Eight garage at 13th & Dodge / 12th & Capitol. What if I buy too many games and want to ship them home?

Because shipping-provider locations and weekend hours may vary, attendees are encouraged to pack their purchases securely and ask the EVEN Hotel front desk, OGC Convention Manager Jayson Ross, or an OGC volunteer wearing a vest for assistance locating a currently open USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipping location.

Whenever possible, plan your shipment before Sunday afternoon rather than waiting until the convention ends.
