Do not harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse anyone else when attending our convention. This will not be tolerated at Newberg Game Con (NGC). Everyone should feel welcome when attending NGC.
Language that encourages violence or hatred in regards to race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other reason will not be tolerated at NGC.
Do not advocate or disclose the intent to commit illegal activities at NGC. This includes but is not limited to acts that promote violence, fraud, or piracy.
Please inform a Newberg Game Con (NGC) staff member if you experience behavior that is not tolerated at NGC.
Violating any of these guidelines may result in the attendee’s removal, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from all future Newberg Game Con (NGC) events. Removal in this manner does not entitle you to a refund and you will be required to leave the venue.
