Newberg Game Con (NGC) Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all attendees, vendors, and staff. We ask that everyone who participates in the convention abide by the following code of conduct:

• Respect others. Treat everyone with kindness, patience, and respect. Refrain from making any derogatory or offensive comments or engaging in any discriminatory behavior or harassment based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other characteristic protected by law.
• Be mindful of your behavior. Remember that your actions can affect others. Please avoid any disruptive behavior that could interfere with other attendees' enjoyment of the event. This includes excessive noise, aggressive behavior, or public intoxication.
• Follow event rules and regulations. Follow all guidelines and policies set forth by the event organizers. Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the event.
• Report any incidents. If you experience or witness any behavior that violates this code of conduct, please report it immediately to a staff member or security personnel.
• As guests on the campus of George Fox University, you agree to adhere to all campus policies as they relate to campus guests.
• By attending Newberg Game Con (NGC), you agree to abide by this code of conduct. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including expulsion from the event without refund, if any individual violates this code of conduct.
