NEA Game Fest is proud to introduce this year's vendors! With a wide variety of artists, crafters, makers, and retailers we'll have a little bit of something for everyone!

Armored Art brings ancient chainmaille techniques alive today with custom handcrafted jewelry, engaging fidgets, and creative toys that will last generations. We have a passion for making things that just feel good to wear.

We are a collective of local NEA artist who specialize in laser engraved art, crochet and fiber arts, and paper arts. Our goal is to offer unique products and gifts for you and your loved ones and create memorable experiences at local events. Our products include Handmade crafts, laser engraving, crochet, and paper-arts.

We make one of a kind modern dreamcatchers and a variety of great 3D printed items. We only do in person events such as conventions and craft fairs. We carry 3D printed dice towers and gaming bits trays as well as articulated toys & fidgets and a few other interesting items. We also have handmade one of a kind dreamcatchers and some quilted items such as badge holders and microwave cozies.

Ray is a multi-media artist and kid-at-heart who specializes in acrylic paintings, ink sketches, digital coloring, perler beads, and 3D printing. Kaiju are a common subject, but other things can be found across his portfolio.

Resin made products, custom or otherwise. We sell, dice, chessboards, earings, pendants, keychains, etc.

We are a spouse duo that designs and handcrafts TTRPG adjacent products all in house. Stickers, prints, vinyl decals, hand bound journals, apparel, tote bags, upcycle dice keychains, jewelry, chore charts, etc..
Our vendor spots are full for NEA Game Fest 10. Each vendor space is 10'x10' and includes two 6' banquet tables and two chairs. An attendee badge is not included with your vendor badge. Join our Waiting List
The vendor hall will be open each day from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM (5:00 PM on Sunday). At 6:00 PM, we'll wall off and lock up the vendor hall overnight.
The venue will be open Wednesday, July 16, from 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM for anyone who wants to set up their booth the evening before the convention officially opens. Alternatively, we ask that you set up your booth from 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM (before the convention officially opens) on any day of the convention.
Move out starts at 5:00 PM on Sunday. If you need to move out earlier, please wait until after the vendor hall is closed for the evening (6:00 PM) as to not inconvenience the other merchants.
