This agreement between NEA Game Fest and the agreeing party “vendor” is to authorize vending at our event NEA Game Fest 10 from July 16-19 2026.
The vendor is responsible for handling all their own transactions, including but not limited to, cash collection, card transactions, returns, sales tax collection and sales tax reporting.
NEA Game Fest retains the right to request any and all products be removed by the vendor if they are deemed dangerous, inappropriate or otherwise against the values of our event. If items are not removed from the booth upon request, NEA Game Fest retains the right to terminate this agreement and the vendor must close down their booth.
