A creature haunts the river folk. It steals into homes and snatches the unwary—pets at times, children at others. Worse still, the creature robs the dead of their teeth and leaves no sign. Could it be an apparition? Some fiend of the old world? A black-hearted fey? The river people hide now, they seal their doors with wax every night, stamped with magical runes in hopes of keeping the thing at bay. The long winter is made longer still by the Winter's Bite.

This is a 3rd level Castles & Crusades adventure is suitable for experienced and novice players alike. I will be running a fun adventure for folks, if you are new to C&C, then you will find this an easy adventure to learn all about C&C and the SIEGE Engine. Pre-generated characters will be provided, as well as Players Handbooks, pencils, paper, and dice if needed.
