When submitting your games, please remember:

• If you are planning to run 12+ hours of games over the course of the weekend, DO NOT purchase a badge. A free GameMaster badge will be issued to you.
• New Part-time GM policy: If you are unsure whether you will be running 12 or more hours, you MUST purchase a Part-time GameMaster badge. If you already purchased another badge type, please email gaming@gamesforallevents.com or follow these instructions to convert your badge to a Part-time GameMaster badge.

Mythic Con West is coming back for 2025!

In the wake of the recent destruction in Asheville thanks to Hurricane Helene, many have asked about whether Mythic Con will occur as scheduled. We have been in contact with the hotel, and they assure us that they managed to survive Helene with minimal damage and will be able to support us in February, so it is our plan to continue to hold the convention as scheduled. With all of the difficulties Asheville has been through in 2024, it is our privilege to kick off 2025 with some distraction and fun for the weekend. Helene brought heck and high water, but Asheville is still here, and so will we!

Remember that if you are a returning Mythic Con attendee, save your old badge and bring it with you to registration to get your next level sticker! (This year's Mythic Con West is the 5th event that we have run, so if you went to all of our previous events, you could be level 5 at this one!)

You MUST have a Level 4 badge in order to reach level 5!
