Hosted at the Cantrip Learn to Play table in the lobby, a volunteer will teach players the rules of Flesh and Blood and give them an Ira welcome deck. After a brief introduction to the rules, the host will guide them through a quick game and answer any questions they have. They’ll be allowed to keep the Ira deck afterwards and will receive a promo pack after completing the game.
GEM: Players do not need a GEM account to take part in Learn to Play, but we will record a player-list GEM event reflecting the event’s attendance. Take down player names in the Player Pathway spreadsheet. If that player happens to join one of the events that do require a GEM account we can add that account to the Learn to Play event later. If a player finishes Learn to Play and seems very enthusiastic to attend other Flesh and Blood events at the convention, it’s a good idea to help them register in GEM as part of the Learn to Play session.
