This agreement outlines the terms and benefits of your sponsorship.

Sponsorship Benefits:

• All sponsorship tiers:
  • Social Media Advertising - We will begin our advertising campaign on June 1st, 2024 and we will attach your logo to many social media posts.
  • Print Advertising - We will feature your logo on our print advertisements.
  • Logo on our website - We will also feature your logo on the Exhibitors & Sponsors page of our website.
  • Spot on Program Map - We will mark your business on a map in our program.

• Bronze Tier (includes all of the above):

  • Ad in program - We will include an 1/8-page ad of your design in our program. You must submit your ad as a JPG or PNG by September 13th, 2024.

• Silver Tier (includes all of the above except for the 1/8-page ad):

  • Ad in program - We will include a 1/4-page ad of your design in our program. You must submit your ad as a JPG or PNG by September 13th, 2024.
  • Sponsored-Provide Banner in Venue Room - Placement of a poster provided to FLAG Con before September 13th, 2024 by you in a prominent location within the venue, enhancing brand visibility.
  • 5% Discount on Vendor Hall Booths - if available
  • One Complimentary Single-Day Badge to FLAG Con 2024

• Gold Tier (includes all of the above except for the 1/8- or 1/4-page ads, the 5% discount, and the single-day badge):

  • Ad in program - We will include a 1/2-page ad of your design in our program. You must submit your ad as a JPG or PNG by September 13th, 2024.
  • Highlight in program map - A highlight in the program on the New York State map of nearby game stores, conventions, and business, directing attendees' attention to your presence at the convention.
  • Logo on Placard by Check-in - Logo placement on a placard near the check-in area, ensuring prominent recognition for you.
  • Logo on T-Shirts - Placement on all FLAG Con 2024 T-Shirts, showcasing you as a valued sponsor.
  • 10% Discount on Vendor Hall Booths - if available
  • One Complimentary All-Weekend Badge to FLAG Con 2024

• Platinum Tier (includes all of the above except for the 1/8-, 1/4-, or 1/2-page ads, the 10% discount, and the all-weekend badge):

  • Ad in program - We will include a full-page ad of your design in our program. You must submit your ad as a JPG or PNG by September 13th, 2024.
  • Logo on the Front Page of Our Website - Logo placement on the banner of the front page of our Tabletop Events website, using the words, 'Sponsored By'. This ensures prominent visibility and recognition.
  • Logo on the Cover of Our Program - Logo and name prominently displayed on the program cover, reinforcing your role as a major sponsor.
  • Logo Displayed on Attendee Badges - Logo displayed on attendee badges, increasing brand exposure throughout the convention.
  • Logo Placement on All Official FLAG Con 2024 Merchandise - In addition to T-shirts, you logo will appear on mugs, stickers, and more, showcasing you as a valued sponsor.
  • Name on FLAG Con 2024 Lanyards - Inclusion of your name on all FLAG Con 2024 lanyards.
  • 15% Discount on Vendor Hall Booths - if available
  • Two Complimentary All-Weekend Badges to FLAG Con 2024

Duration of Agreement:

This sponsorship agreement is effective from the date of your sponsorship confirmation until the conclusion of FLAG Con 2024.

Terms and Conditions:

1. You agree to provide all necessary graphic assets, including logos and advertisements, in a timely manner to ensure proper implementation of sponsorship benefits. The assets for online use should be provided as soon as possible to help you begin advertising with FLAG Con as soon as possible.
2. FLAG Con agrees to allocate space and resources as outlined in the sponsorship benefits, ensuring proper display and recognition of you throughout the convention.
3. Both parties agree to maintain open and timely communication regarding any updates, changes, or additional requirements related to the sponsorship.
4. This agreement may be terminated by either party in writing if there is a material breach of the terms stated herein.

Please review the above information. Once we receive your acknowledged agreement, we will proceed with the necessary arrangements and begin promoting you as a sponsor of FLAG Con 2024 on June 1st, 2024, the day we begin our advertising campaign.
