Admission Terms

Badges and Lanyards

No swapping/lending of badges or lanyards is permitted. Badges should always be visible when seated. Lanyards are colour coded to identify roles, so please continue to use the colour we gave you at registration. Badges are not transferable once checked-in.

Children

All attendees must have a valid FallCon 32 badge. Badges for attendees 12 and under are free, but they must be accompanied by an adult.

Payment

All badges are listed and charged in US dollars; only cash on-site purchases will be in Canadian funds. The specialised convention software we use integrates registration, hosted games, and the library but is not yet able to support billing in Canadian funds.

Refunds / Substitutions

You can receive a full refund by requesting one through TableTopEvents. Refunds are available until the badge file is sent to the printer, about one week before the convention. Before entry to the event, the name on any unused badge may be substituted at the registration desk.

Give to a Friend

You can buy a badge for someone else. In order for them to sign up for events independently, you must ‘give’ the badge to them. They must also have a Tabletop Events account in order to manage their own badge.

  1. You send a friend request to someone else who has created an account with Tabletop Events.
  2. They accept the friend request.

The "Give to a Friend" action gives them the badge and the ability to choose their own events.
