FallCon 31

TTE-guidelines.png

The most important rule of FallCon is to have fun!

That said, we do have a few policies that help make the Con a safe & enjoyable space for all gamers. If you witness unacceptable conduct, ask the offender to stop and/or notify Organizers (wearing a yellow lanyard or a hat with a colourful feather), immediately.

By agreeing to join our Convention as a participant, you are agreeing to the guidelines below.

CONDUCT

Respect – Don’t harass other attendees. If you’re being harassed by someone, please ask them to stop or let one of the Organizing Committee know immediately and we will handle it. FallCon is dedicated to providing a harassment-free convention experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, political views, technology choices or religious beliefs. We do not tolerate harassment of convention participants in any form. See our full anti-harassment policy.

Sportsmanship – Don’t be a jerk.

Cosplay - Feel free to cosplay while gaming, as long as your badge remains visible while seated and you have no weapons (real or facsimile).

Photos and Videos - The FallCon Gaming Society will have photographers and videographers on location during the convention. They are identifiable by a white lanyard. Your registration for FallCon constitutes your consent to have your photo and/or video taken during the convention. Any such images are property of the FallCon Gaming Society and may be used for future promotional and/or marketing material at the Society’s discretion, without compensation or notification.

GOODS

Lost Items / Theft – FallCon is not responsible for any lost or stolen property, but we do have a lost and found at the registration desk.
