Sponsorship Opportunities

You can sponsor the EPiC experience by:

Prototype First Aid Station - Help designers by sponsoring printers, ink, cardstock, paper, markers, paper cutters and anything else that could be needed to make on-the-spot and emergency updates/repairs to their designs.

SWAG - Not just a few prizes, but something in the hand of each and every attendee. Send them home with something memorable from your game or company.

Prize Support - Attendees love to get fantastic games and prizes as part of the door prize event.

Cash - Cons can always use funds for ALL the things needed to make the wheels go round and round. Any support is greatly appreciated to help bring attendees the best most productive and FUN experience.

We offer four tiers of sponsorship:

Presenter: This level is cash/product or a combination of the two up to $150.
Contributor: This level is cash/product or a combination of the two up to $250.
Developer: This level is cash/product or a combination of the two up to $500.
Leader: This level is cash/product or a combination of the two over $500.

For your support, all sponsorship packages will include two Playtester tickets and your company's name/logo will be listed on our website and Facebook event page. Sponsors will also get our undying love and gratitude.
