Ticket Info

• Playtester: $20 (available 10/30/2017 - 02/15/2018)
• ​Designer (early bird): $40 (available 10/30/2017 - 12/24/2017)
• ​Designer: $50 (available 12/25/2017 - 02/01/2018)
• ​Prototype Library Submission (non-attending designers only): $35 (available 10/30/2017 - 02/01/2018)

Tickets for attending Playtesters will include:

• Entry into the convention
• 2 Tickets for the door prize drawing 
• Promotional Pen
• A $10 Coolstuffinc gift card (only if ticket bought before 02/01/2018)

Tickets for Designers will include:

• Entry into the convention
• Registration for one (1) game prototype* to be playtested 
• 2 Tickets for the door prize drawing 
• Promotional Pen
• A $10 Coolstuffinc gift card (only if ticket bought before 02/01/2018)

*Must be a working prototype

Prototype Library Submissions include: Registration for one(1) prototype* game for the library.

*Print & plays will not be accepted. Games sent in will not be sent back.

This year we are excited to be designing and playing at The Flamingo Waterpark Resort. The room rate for EPiC is $72 +tax per night with no resort fee, free wifi, and free parking.
