This hobby is supposed to be fun, but we often torture ourselves with all manner of mental anguish; frustration, lack of motivation, plateaus, difficulty improving, distractions and more. In this class, we’ll look at the things that stop us, how to get moving again, and how to keep going.

This hobby is supposed to be fun, but we often torture ourselves with all manner of mental anguish; frustration, lack of motivation, plateaus, difficulty improving, distractions and more. In this class, we’ll look at the things that stop us, how to get moving again, and how to keep going. You’ll also learn what cognitive science tells us about how to improve, and be happier along the way. This is an instructor led, group discussion to examine & share the things that keep us from painting and progressing, and learn from each other how to find solutions. Please bring a pen or pencil.
NOTE: Starts at 7:15 pm
