Dice Tower Retreat 2022

Howdy folks, Tom Vasel here, and welcome to the Dice Tower Retreat 2022!!

Do you enjoy playing board games for hours on end with other dedicated, fantastic gamers? Then, this is the perfect place for you!!

Dice Tower Retreat will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport Convention Center from Wednesday, September 14th, at 9:00 am until Sunday, September 18th, at 6:00 pm and we welcome adults over the age of 18 who love to play board and card games. The Royal Poinciana ballroom will be available to us for around-the-clock fun and games. I will be there along with the entire Miami-based Dice Tower crew, and we're bringing the amazing Dice Tower library with us for your game-playing enjoyment! With over 2,000 titles, we're sure the library will have games you like and games you’ll be excited to try. Our 2021 Retreat veterans will have the first opportunity to sign up and book hotel rooms and following is our registration schedule:

1. February 23, 2022 at noon EST — 2021 MIAMI Retreat attendees can register
2. March 9, 2022 at noon EST — 2021 ORLANDO Retreat attendees can also register
3. March 23, 2022 at noon EST — everyone can register

TICKETS -- The badge price is $150 plus TTE fees and you can buy up to 4 tickets with a single purchase. Tickets are limited to adults only age 18 and over. To purchase your badge once registration opens, click on the "Buy Badge" button in the Registration section on the right side of this page.

Click here to review our refund and transfer policies for badges purchased for DTR 2022. With each cancellation, TTE will automatically add your ticket back into the pool, making it available for someone else to purchase. Because tickets can become available any time due to refunds, we will no longer manage a waitlist.

HOTEL ROOMS -- To book your hotel room at the DoubleTree, select "Hotel Reservations" under the Attend drop-down tab above to access our booking link. If you want to upgrade to a deluxe room or suite or have a special request, you will need to contact the hotel with group code “DTW” by phone directly at 305-261-3800 or toll free at 1-888-353-1995, by faxing your reservation form at 305-260-8900 or via email at miama_res@hilton.com. More information about the room rates and policies can be found under the "Hotel Information", also under the Attend drop-down tab above.

IMPORTANT — We really appreciate everyone booking hotel rooms through the DoubleTree's booking link! This helps us meet our contracted room block commitment with the hotel, which, in turn, helps us with the rate for our convention space. If we don’t have people stay at the hotel, we simply can’t get the space. We also encourage you to avoid booking through third-party vendors, for as tempting as their offer may appear, it usually comes with many strings and added fees attached.
