Dice Tower East is returning to the Caribe Royale Resort in Orlando and in 2024, we are moving to the Caribe’s new Palms ballroom. Exhibitor Hall will be located in a portion of Palms 1 and we will also have the Antigua, Bonaire and Curacao Rooms for around-the-clock gaming. We are expecting a total of 1,800 gamers (including staff and exhibitors). REMEMBER - exhibit space is limited and is provided on a first come first serve basis!

SUITES AND VILLAS AT THE CARIBE ROYALE

We have a dedicated block of rooms set aside for our exhibitor group and more information about the different suites and villas can be found by clicking here.

The Caribe is ready to book your hotel reservations now! Please email our group housing manager, Jazmin Lewis, at JLewis@cariberoyale.com and she will set up your reservations for you. Be sure to identify yourself as a DTE exhibitor!

EXHIBITOR HALL

Gilbert Exposition Management Services (GEMS) will be providing booth and expo services. Our schedule for Exhibitor Hall will be as follows:

• July 3 (Wed.) - 9 AM - 1 PM (GEMS set-up)
• July 3 (Wed.) - 1 PM - 7 PM (Exhibitor set-up)
• July 4 (Thurs.) - 8 AM - Noon (Exhibitor set-up)
• July 4 (Thurs.) - Noon - 5 PM
• July 5 (Fri.) - 10 AM - 5 PM
• July 6 (Sat.) - 10 AM - 5 PM
• July 7 (Sun) - 10 AM - 2 PM
• July 7 (Sun) - 2 PM - 6 PM (Tear-down)

Outside of these hours as well as during set-up and tear-down, the area will be closed off, locked and secured.

DEMO ZONE

The Demo Zone will be available from July 3rd at 9am until July 7th at 6pm and it will not be locked or secured.

Please complete an application and we will reach out to you for confirmation. Once approved then you will receive directions on how to pay for your exhibit space.
