Howdy folks, Tom Vasel here, and we hope you'll join us for 5 fantastic days of gaming with the friendliest people on earth!! We welcome all gamers age 7 and up who love to play board and card games.
I and the Dice Tower Crew will be there and of course, a Dice Tower convention wouldn’t be complete without the amazing Dice Tower library! This library is my pride and joy with over 2,000 games, upgraded pieces, painted miniatures and playmats. And, it only keeps getting better and better!!
We’re thrilled to return to the beautiful Caribe Royale Resort in Orlando! Located just minutes from the Walt Disney World® Resort and many other Orlando attractions, the Caribe offers beautifully appointed guest suites and villas with unbeatable amenities. And, their spacious convention center has loads of room for around-the-clock gaming.
GENERAL ADMISSION GAMER BADGES (AGES 13 AND UP): $150.00 per person, plus TTE convenience fees. Attendees age 13-17 require adult supervision and emergency contact info.
CHILD GAMER BADGES (AGE 7-12): $115.00 per child, plus TTE convenience fees**
**Child gamer badges require adult supervision and emergency contact info. Children under age 7, including infants and toddlers, aren’t allowed in the gaming area. General Admission Gamer Badges cannot be purchased for children age 12 and under. Please see our Rules for Children under the More tab above.
Attendance for DTE 2024 will be capped at 1,800 people, including staff and exhibitors. We will put up a total of 1,600 badges for sale, with 100 of those being for children ages 7-12.
Transactions are limited to 4 badges. The deadline to assign names to badges is May 31, 2024 and please DO NOT use aliases, pseudo names, or social media nicknames or handles.
To book your hotel room, select "Hotel Reservations" under the Attend drop-down tab above to access our booking link. Or, you can call the hotel directly at 407-238-8000 or toll-free at 800-823-8300. Be sure to mention that you are with Dice Tower East to receive our group rate and have your room allocated to our block. Information about our room rates and policies is in the "Hotel Information" under the Attend drop-down tab above. Our hotel block at the Caribe closes on June 12, 2024. Rooms may still be available after that date, but we cannot guarantee that our negotiated room rates will be.
IMPORTANT — We really appreciate everyone booking hotel rooms through the Caribe's booking link! This helps us meet our contracted room block commitment with the hotel, which, in turn, helps us with the rate for our convention space and our staff rooms. If we don’t have people stay at the hotel, we simply can’t get the space. We also encourage you to avoid booking through third-party vendors, for as tempting as their offer may appear, it usually comes with many strings and added fees attached. If you’d like to help us behind-the-scenes, join our Support Crew!! Support Crew staff who work at least 12 hours will receive a refund of their DTE badge (not including TTE convenience fees). Shifts don’t have to be worked consecutively and refunds will be issued after the convention.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have purchased a badge to Dice Tower East. Applications will be reviewed by DTE staff and positions will be assigned on a first-come/first-served basis.
Support Crew applications are not yet open and we will announce our opening date as we get closer to the con.
