Welcome to CinCityCon 2022!

Thanks for your interest in being an Exhibitor at CinCityCon 2022! Please complete and submit this application. We will review it as quickly as possible. If anything is missing we will let you know.

Vending setup will be available Friday morning, 7th, but we will email you details closer to the convention with specifics.

All staff attending and manning booths must follow our vaccination policy and show proof of vaccination to pick up their badge.

Booth Costs/Basic Info

• Ballroom Vendor - $180 comes with 8 x 8 space, table, 2 chairs and 2 badges.
• RPG Vendor - $125 comes with a 8 x 8 space, table, 2 chairs and 2 badges. SOLD OUT!
• Regular Entrepreneur - $50 Table and 2 chairs. Will need to buy Weekend Badge. SOLD OUT!
• Game Designer - $30 Table and 2 chairs. Will need to buy Weekend Badge.

*The RPG area gets a little less traffic, so less cost.
