Hello CinCityCon Gamers!

Welcome to CinCityCon 2022, again being held at the Sharonville Convention Center off Hwy 75, exit 15. We are a diverse community that enjoys playing board games, card games, RPGs, social games… We have many board gaming and RPG events that will be scheduled over the weekend including:

• Game Tournaments, many with a learn to play before
• Demos by publishers and local game designers

Proof of Vaccination Required to attend CinCityCon 2022

Proof of vaccination will be required to attend CinCityCon in 2022 and will be shown when picking up your badge. Please be sure to bring a physical or digital proof of vaccination. You will not be given your badge without it.

Policy Details

In accordance with the state of Ohio’s policy for vaccinated individuals, we will not be requiring masks for CinCityCon. However, we are prepared to change that policy based on the advice of medical professionals, the CDC, or local governments. If wearing a mask makes you more comfortable, we encourage you to do so.

Our apologies to those who may be inconvenienced by this decision. We have not aimed to offend anyone, but we must follow our best judgement for the wellbeing of our guests, staff, family, friends, and growing community.

Hotels

The Hyatt Place and LivINN Hotel gives our guests special rates for our gaming weekend, so don't forget to ask for the CinCityCon rate.
