Bing Bong Con 2027 is hosted at the Wyndham Sacramento in Sacramento, CA. And make sure to book with our block: Book Here!

Note that there is limited space in our hotel block. If it is full we can increase it, and will announce if we do. So if it is full, feel free to wait until the block increases

The convention itself will be in the big ballroom in the Sequoia, Cherrywood, and Cyprus rooms (it's all one big room so don't worry about the names)

When you enter through the lobby, head straight back past the Terrace (which is the big elevated room in the center of the lobby), and the Ballroom will be right in front of you! You can't miss it! And if you do miss it, we don't judge. There will also be signs and such...

FOOD

Note that you are NOT allowed to bring outside food and drink inside the ballroom! You may only have food and drinks you bought at the Wyndham

The Hotel has an in-house restaurant named the Arbor Grille. Here they serve your classic American fare: burgers, salads, etc. Reminder that all attendees who book through the conventions hotel block get free breakfast for 2 at the Arbor Grille:

On top of the Grille at the Hotel, there are many quick food options only a block or two from the venue:

Nearby are more proper grocery/shopping in the way of a Target and a Smart & Final. Also there's a bowling alley...I mean they probably have food too...just sayin'
