Attendee Scheduled Event Submissions and T-Shirt Pre-Order

BGG.CONzilla is awakening from a long slumber and is viewing new and exciting games in the world!!!

Attendee Scheduled Event Submissions

We've loaded our BGG-Sponsored events into the schedule and we are now ready to start taking submissions for Attendee/Exhibitor Scheduled Games.

Some number of our breakout rooms will have schedulable tables in them for you to reserve for a game. This will be accomplished using the Events/Scheduling system on Tabletop.Events which has the following abilities, so please read the linked documentation for full details:

  1. Reserved seats for hosts, if requested.
  2. Reserved seats for other players in private games, if requested (Other players should be on the host's TTE Account Friends list).
  3. Ability to request boardroom size tables or 5' round tables spaces through Special Requests/Accommodations.
  4. A reminder that "spaces" equals the number of tables you need to play your game, NOT the number of seats for players.

Regarding Table Requests

Table use is resource management game - We have LOTS of open gaming tables and should have plenty of space to play at any given time assuming attendees are not using tables to hold bags and other items (More on this in a later update).

When choosing a table type for your game, please review space usage for your game base dependent upon # of players and square footage required (not desired) for game pieces.

  • 6' x 30" tables - predominant throughout the space - 5 chairs per table (unless otherwise designated)
  • 5' rounds - 6 chairs
  • Boardroom tables - mixed between actual boardroom tables and "created" boardroom tables using other game tables - (you do not get to choose the type) - 7-12 chairs; Boardroom tables are extremely limited resources and are not to be scheduled as "private group rooms" to play a variety of games but rather the playing of a single game. Please be mindful of others.

Exhibitor Demos

Exhibitors are welcome to schedule demos that can be done within their booth space through the above Event Submission process. When choosing "Event Type" please choose "Exhibitor Events".

Ticket Availability

Ticket Sales (i.e. "Seats at the Table") are open for purchase now for most BGG Sponsored Events and all Attendee Scheduled Events, as they are scheduled.

You can review ticket purchase instructions HERE and HERE.

Please note: Tabletop.Events uses terms like "Ticket Sales" and "Checkout" because it supports conventions with ticketed/non-free events. All BGG.CON 2024 events are free - no purchase required (other than your convention badge), but you still need to complete a "cart checkout" process per the system guidelines.

Ticket Sales for BoardGame Bazaar, Virtual Flea Market and Math Trade will open once we have coordinated with the event hosts

T-Shirt PreOrder - Deadline

T-shirt pre-orders will be taken until October 1. While we will have a few additional shirts available for purchase at BGG.CON, we will not guarantee size availability at BGG.CON. They can be purchased HERE. Make sure to complete the cart checkout process when purchasing/claiming a t-shirt.
