The Hilton Doubletree is a 15-minute walk from Norse Hall or ten minutes by bus (catch the 70 on the west side of 11th Ave next to the hotel). The MAX runs directly between the Hilton and the Portland Airport (~30 minutes).

KEX Portland is an ten-minute walk from Norse Hall, and the Hotel Grand Stark is a 15-minute walk from the venue.

Downtown Hotels

Downtown Portland has made a comeback since the pandemic, but you'll likely have a quieter stay in a smaller neighborhood. Still, the many hotels near West Burnside St are only 15-20 minutes from Norse Hall by bus.
