Vendor tables are located in the Grand Ballroom alongside open gaming and other convention activity.

This is not a large trade hall. Space is limited and curated to keep the event approachable and navigable.
Final table counts and layout will be confirmed closer to the convention.
The Norse Hall does not have a loading dock. See below for options.
Vendors staying at the Jupiter may ship a reasonable number of boxes to the hotel. Packages are received and held for up to one week. Include the reservation name on the shipping label.
The Postal Annex charges $5 per box for storage up to five days.
Volunteers will be available to assist with unloading. Contact the convention organizers in advance if you need help.
Between Two Cons emphasizes:
Vendors may not pack up early or remove tables before the event concludes.
