Vendor Tables

Vendor tables are located in the Grand Ballroom alongside open gaming and other convention activity.

Vendor space is intended for:

  • Small and indie RPG publishers
  • Artists and illustrators
  • Designers and self-publishers
  • RPG-adjacent creators and community projects

This is not a large trade hall. Space is limited and curated to keep the event approachable and navigable.


Table Details

  • Each vendor receives one rectangular table
  • Tables are 6-foot or 8-foot, assigned based on availability
  • Chairs are provided
  • Vendors are responsible for their own table setup
  • Venue staff will handle cleanup and reset after the event

Final table counts and layout will be confirmed closer to the convention.


Vendor Table Pricing

  • Vendor table: $250
  • Price covers both convention days
  • Booth sizes are dependent on availability

Schedule

Between Two Cons runs June 26–27, 2026.

Vendors are encouraged to be present during core convention hours. Specific setup, breakdown, and daily hours will be shared closer to the event.

Between Two Cons emphasizes:

  • A welcoming, respectful environment
  • Reasonably priced products
  • Independent and community-focused work

Vendors may not pack up early or remove tables before the event concludes.
