Thank you so much for being a part of Between Two Cons! We are incredibly excited to host this event at Norse Hall with you all. We couldn't do this without our amazing community of creators, publishers, and artists.

Key Event Details
- Event Dates: Friday, June 26 – Saturday, June 27, 2026
- Event Address: Norse Hall, 111 NE 11th Ave, Portland, OR 97232, USA
- Core Convention Hours: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily
- Public Vendor Hall Hours: Opens to the public at 10:00 AM
- Setup / Arrival Time: Organizers will be at the venue as early as 8:00 AM. Please arrive as early as possible to ensure you are fully set up before doors open to the public at 10:00 AM.
- Tear Down Time: Saturday night starting at 8:00 PM.
Arrival, Unloading & Parking
Where to Unload
Norse Hall does not have a loading dock, so please plan accordingly.
- Unloading Zone: You can either pull up right in front of the entry on 11th Ave and use your hazard lights, or you can temporarily use the small parking lot next to the building to unload your vehicle.
- Volunteers: We will have volunteers available to assist you with unloading! If you already know you will need extra assistance, please contact the convention organizers in advance at betweentwocairns@gmail.com.
Where to Park
- Street parking is available nearby.
Check-In & Your Table Setup
When you arrive, please look for one of our volunteers to get checked in and directed to your table in the Grand Ballroom.
- New Layout Map: Below you will find our updated layout map with everyone's assigned table spots. Please take a look to familiarize yourself with your location!
- Volunteer Support: Our volunteers will be on hand for the entire convention. They will be wearing green t-shirts. Feel free to wave one down if you need someone to watch your booth while you grab food or use the restroom.
- Table Details: Each vendor is provided with one rectangular table (6-foot or 8-foot, assigned based on availability) and chairs. You are responsible for your own table setup, but venue staff will handle cleanup and hall reset after the event.
- Special Power Requirements?: If your setup requires access to electricity or has special power needs, please let us know ASAP.

Wifi Details
- Ask a volunteer for vendor wifi details.
Merchandise & Overnight Info
- What to Bring: You are welcome to bring any merchandise of your own making to fill your table, such as indie RPGs, zines, art, or adjacent community projects.
- Overnight Security: What to do with merch overnight: The Grand Ballroom will be locked at 9:00 PM when organizers leave, but we recommend taking cash/extremely valuable items with you. Vendors may leave displays set up at their own risk (a tablecloth or curtain may be used to cover your goods).
Accessibility Note
Norse Hall has multiple floors with an outdoor stairlift. Some restrooms are not ADA accessible. If you have questions about accessibility or accommodations, please contact us at betweentwocairns@gmail.com before registering.

Reminder: Convention badges are officially SOLD OUT as of June 1st, 2026, but walk-in visitors to the vendor hall are still permitted.
Expectations & Safe Space Policy
Between Two Cons emphasizes a welcoming, respectful environment and independent, community-focused work. This is a family friendly all-ages event; while adult content is welcome, please ensure it is displayed cautiously so minors cannot easily access it.
We uphold a strict safer spaces policy. There is zero tolerance for discrimination, hate speech, or harassment of any kind. Let's keep this event safe, friendly, and fun for everyone!
