VENDOR POLICY

By attending WizardCon 2025 you first agree to comply with all policies of the venue, 4 Points by Sheraton. You also agree that you will set up on Thursday April 24, 2025 starting at 2pm.

You also agree that you may not take down / tear down or pack up your vendor space until Sunday April 27th, 2025 starting at 3pm.

Vendors are prohibited from selling the following materials or items.

• Firearms.
• Vaping or Tobacco Products.
• Marijuana or products to use Marijuana.
• Ammunition of any kind.
• Pornographic materials.
• Lottery tickets or gambling materials.
