Winter Fantasy 47 has locked in a great rate this year. Not only are we back in the Courtyard Marriott but we have also added the brand new Hampton Inn and Suites to the block and we’ve worked our mojo for the cheapest show rates. A mere $142 (Courtyard) or $144 (Hampton) a night for up to 4 people in a room. I think that might be an arm, leg, and part of a hip cheaper than Indianapolis summer rates. We’ve also negotiated the parking down to $5.00 a night (the website says $15 but the front desk will change it to $5.00).
The Convention rate is from Wednesday Feb 1st through Monday Feb 6th. Last year we filled up over 400 nights worth of rooms in this hotel, so book early! The hotel is connected to the convention center so you don’t even have to step foot outside to start your gaming goodness each morning.
PLEASE!!! If possible use these hotels. This show, as many know, is a passion of love for us. We pump almost our entire budget back into judge perks such as hotel rooms, swag, shirts, and other cool things. We want this show to be a celebration of the games we love with the people we love.
