Winter CONflict

Welcome to Winter CONflict!

Winter CONflict is an online convention that features Dungeons & Dragons Adventurers League play. All convention times are shown in US/Central Time.

From this page you can buy a badge for the convention and purchase tickets for individual events. The badge price for Winter CONflict is $10. This price does not include event tickets, which must be purchased separately at a cost of $5 per event for 4 hour games, $3 per event for 2-3 hour games, or $15 per event for all-day events.

When registration opens in early January, you will be able to purchase your badge and your events at the same time, making multiple checkouts unnecessary. Keep in mind, just buying a badge does not guarantee you the ability to play in any events. You still need to purchase event tickets. Event tickets will be claimed on a first-come, first-served basis. To make sure you get the events you want, it is a good idea to register and select your events early!

Purpose of Fees

Proceeds will be used to cover costs, (i.e., tabletop.events, modules, DM rewards), and the lion's share donated to Eastern Illinois Food Bank.

Code of Conduct

Important: By purchasing a badge for Winter CONflict, you agree to the convention's Code of Conduct.

Waiver of Liability

By purchasing a badge for Winter CONflict, the badge holder consents to being recorded (by audio and/or visual means) for exhibition and exploitation by any means in all media, including without limitation the Internet, worldwide in perpetuity. The badge holder releases Winter CONflict from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right, or any other claim or course of action of any kind; authorizes and permits Winter CONflict and its designees which includes but is not limited to all sponsors, exhibitors and contractors to use and authorize the use of his/her name, voice, likeness and all reproductions thereof by any means and in all media now and hereafter known, including without limitation the Internet, for all purposes worldwide in perpetuity; and agrees to comply with all the rules and regulations of the Event. Winter CONflict reserves the right to deny entry or remove from the Event facilities any person who in its sole and absolute discretion is behaving or threatening to behave in a manner which it reasonably considers to be disruptive of the Winter CONflict.
