While applying, please select whether you are applying for a vendor booth, a game creator's table, artist space, a sponsorship, non-profit or a sibling con table.
Vendors: If your application is accepted and approved, payment in full is due no later than Mar 14, 2025. If full payment is not received by this date we may offer your space to another vendor.
Booths of returning vendors paid before Jan 1 can qualify for a $50 early bird discount.
Two (2) convention badges will be included with each booth/table purchased. Additional badges can be purchased.
Creator's Tables and Artist Alley applications will also include two (2) convention badges. Their base cost will be $50, with a $25 early bird discount for returning creators/artists if purchased before Jan 1.
Sponsors: If you are donating money for your sponsorship, after your application is approved, you can select your tier and pay through the TTE system. If you are donating product, please contact us to work out the details and we will provide a method to register your donation in the system.
Please note that booth placements will be assigned by convention staff. The booth types listed within TTE may not align with our map and layout. We will do our best to accommodate booth placement requests, with placement priority given to returning vendors.
