Note: this item is for Royal Caribbean provided transportation to and/or from the airport to the cruise port. After purchasing this item for each person traveling, fill out this Google Form so we can share your flight information with the cruise line. This is required by the cruise line in order to pre-book your port transfers.
If you are staying in our group hotel the night before sailing, we are arranging direct transportation from there and that will be purchased separately. Details tbd...

Pickup from (EWR) Newark Int'l Airport
The latest flight arrival time at (EWR) Newark Int'l Airport allowed before transferring to the ship is 11:00am - make sure your flight is scheduled to arrive no later than 11:00am on the date of embarkation.
ARRIVAL - (EWR) Newark Int'l Airport
- FLIGHT ENTRIES MUST BE CORRECT AND COMPLETE.
- 11:00AM IS THE LATEST FLIGHT ARRIVAL PERMITTED, AND MUST BE ON THE DAY OF EMBARKATION.
- CRUISE LINE REP WILL MET GUESTS AT BAGGAGE CLAIMS, OR AFTER CUSTOMS AREA(FOR INTERNATIONAL GUESTS).
- SHIP BAG TAGS SHOULD BE ATTACHED PRIOR TO LEAVING HOME. GUESTS MUST CLAIM OWN BAGS.
Return to (EWR) Newark Int'l Airport

- FLIGHT ENTRIES MUST BE CORRECT AND COMPLETE.
- 12:30PM IS THE EARLIEST FLIGHT DEPARTURE PERMITTED AND MUST BE ON THE DAY OF DISEMBARKATION
- SHIP WILL ADVISE GUESTS OF DEBARK PROCEDURES.
If you are arriving a day or more earlier than the date of sailing, you may need to make your own arrangements to get to the port, or join the possible group shuttle leaving from the group hotel (Details TBD.)
