Special Guests

Scott Brady, Board Game Designer

We're thrilled to introduce Scott Brady, as our special guest designer for TokenCon 2026! Scott is an independent American board game designer, who rose to prominence with his debut game Hues and Cues, a color-matching party game inspired by his background in commercial printing. Since then he's built on that success with games like boop, which earned several industry awards — including the Mensa Select award and Game Designer of the Year.

Before game-design he worked for two decades in the specialty printing industry, then co-founded the popular toy & game review site SahmReviews.com with his wife.

Paula Deming

We are also thrilled to introduce our special guest, Paula Deming! Paula makes board game comedy videos on Youtube in her series Things Get Dicey. Her Youtube Channel also features playthroughs, silly strategy videos, and the occasional Top 10. You can also find her streaming board games on her Twitch channel, being a cast member of the Golden Geek winning podcast "This Game is Broken", talking about games on Watch It Played and Game Night Picks, and playing TTRPGs with channels like Good Time Society, Glass Cannon Network, and Push the Roll.
