Health & Safety Policy

At TokenCon, your health and safety are our top priorities. We have consulted with our venue, volunteers, exhibitors, and attendees, as well as considered the guidance of health officials in developing our Health Policy. The following represents our current policy, but we reserve the right to change it in the case of any major changes in public policy or community risk.

All convention spaces allow attendees to make their own personal health choices. Please respect the personal choices of those around you. Harassment of any kind is not tolerated, and that includes the choice of whether or not to wear a mask. If you have a health or safety concern, seek out a TokenCon volunteer for assistance, rather than engaging directly.

If you begin to experience any symptoms of a respiratory illness during the convention, including symptoms of Covid-19, flu, or common cold, please cease participation in all convention activities and self-isolate until you feel better.

Finally, be advised that a risk of exposure to COVID-19, or other respiratory illness, exists in any event or public space, including TokenCon. Prior to purchasing badges for and attending TokenCon, please ensure you have read the latest CDC Guidelines for prevention. By attending TokenCon, you acknowledge this inherent risk on behalf of yourself and/or any minor for which you serve as guardian.

It's always our goal to put on a safe convention, which is as inclusive as possible. We believe the health and safety policy described here provides the best combination of protection and comfort at this time.
