TactiCon Auction:
Sunday 2-6pm
Seller lot registration begins Sunday 10AM and closes 30 min before start of auction
Ticketed event for those who wish to buy or sell.
Badge Required for participation.
TactiCon Auction Information for Sellers:
The lot fee is $2 per lot/item (no refundable) and the convention's commission is 15% of total sales. The minimum starting bid for any lot/item is $5
Games and Game adjacent items may be listed for sale. Items and lots must be approved by TactiCon.
Sellers must complete seller form and receive a seller number. Seller must complete lot forms which will be available at the registration desk on Sunday. Each lot/item will need a separate slip.
When writing out your lot slips, please include a brief description to help us sell your game using the following descriptors:
SHRINK WRAPPED - Still in the original shrink wrap
UNPUNCHED/UNPLAYED - Item is unpunched, never played and complete
COMPLETE - Item is punched and seller verifies completeness
UNKNOWN - Item is punched but seller has not verified completeness
MISSING - Item is punched and missing parts (declare missing parts)
OTHER (such as Item has a declared flaw such as water damage, torn box)
A brief description of the item describing any extra bonus features such as sorting trays, variant pieces, etc. should be provided for any items which include them.
Please only list quality items
The auction will close at 8pm unsold items will be returned to the lister.
Unclaimed items will become the property of TactiCon
TactiCon Auction Buyers:
Obtain bidder number and buyer sheet from Registration desk Buyer beware: you are purchasing as-is items.
Please note that any bid on an item is a commitment to buy it. Pay for and collect your items at the information table during the auction or when the auction is over.
We will only accept cash.
There is an ATM inside the hotel.
