Event Info

The “Tabletop Adventure Game Fest” is an event that will be held on Saturday, September 30th, 2023 from 8:30am to 10pm at the Edgewood Middle School in Warsaw, Indiana. This is a fund raising event to raise funds to provide some added support to families The Healing Road LLC serves. Proceeds from the event go to reducing therapy cost to the families over the holidays. Concession sales go to help the Edgewood Middle School Athletic Department.

Saturday September 30th, 2023

Doors open at 8:30am and close at 10pm. Last game Check out is at 8:30 pm.

Attendees will have access to numerous boardgames, Pokémon events, Yugio events, Magic The Gathering Events, Dungeons and Dragon Events, Story time for the young attendees, and so much more!

Held in Warsaw Indiana at the Edgewood Middle School.

Event Purpose

The purpose of the event is to raise mental health awareness and the importance of play. We hope to raise enough funds to reduce the cost of services to the individuals and families we serve. Through this event, individuals can have an opportunity to play games and possibly meet like-minded individuals. Families will have the opportunity play together and learn together.

The hope of this event is to promote the Importance of Mental Health, Play, and Togetherness!

Our Purpose

The purpose of The Healing Road LLC is to provide the community, as well as individuals and families throughout Indiana, with quality and affordable counseling and consulting services. We understand that life can be difficult and people can lose their way. That is why the road to healing is so important. People do not have to stay in a place of fear and confusion. When they are ready to begin their journey we will be here to walk with them on the road to healing.

Mission Statement

To bring healing and restore hope to those that have been hurt by life’s transgressions, and equip them with tools to build confidence and strength.

Price: Pay one price and play all day!

We have Swag Bags for the first 150 attendees at the event!

Attendees age 16 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

Price for Preregistration:

$20 a Person (14 years of age and older)

(Free) Children 5 years and younger are free (must be accompanied by an adult)

$12 Children (6 to 13 years of age only and must be accompanied by an adult)

$60 a Family (2 adults and up to 6 children)

*Preregistration ends September 22nd at 11PM Est. *

Attendees age 16 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

Food and drinks will be sold on site. Concession sales benefit the Edgewood Middle School's Athletic Department.

The school will offer a variety of concessions. Including:

Donut's from Warsaw Dunkin' will be available to purchase in the morning!

Papa John Pizza from the Warsaw Papa John's will be sold in the afternoon and evening.

Price At the Door:

$25 a Person (14 years of age and older)

(Free) Children 5 years and younger are free (must be accompanied by an adult)

$17 Children (6 to 13 years of age only and must be accompanied by an adult)

$65 a Family. (2 adults and up to 6 children)

If you bring at least 2 None perishable food items to the door to donate to Kosciusko Combined Community Services you will save $5 on the price of one individual , child, or family admission. Per individual, child, or family admission. $5 max off the price on one admission.

(Example: Two people come with at least 2 items each, will each receive $5 off each of their admission. A family brings at least 2 items and receives $5 off a family admission. A parent and a child come with at least 2 items each would get $5 off the individual admission and $5 off the child admission. An individual would not receive $5 off per every two items, if you bring more that is, awesome, but max $5 off the admission).

Vendors will be present!

All sales outside of vendors or approved exhibitors is strictly prohibited. If anyone is caught selling any goods or items will be asked to leave the premises!
