GSL Trade Day - Laser Cutting

This year’s Trade Day workshop is open to everyone, but is geared towards sharing the basics of using laser cutters/engravers with teachers, and librarians .

Trade Day activities will focus on CO2 lasers like Thunder Laser and Glowforge, but will also cover the value of fiber lasers and the potential dangers of diode lasers.

Participants will create their own personalized laser engraved ornaments and explore other laser activities.

The scheduled presentation and activities should be complete by noon, but participants will be able to keep working until 1:00
