CONVENTION RULES & REGULATIONS

• NO outside food or drink. If your health requires specific dietary items, please talk to one of the staff at the Registration Desk before entry to the convention.
• NO outside alcohol.
• NO firearms, ammunition, knives, swords or explosives (including replicas).
• NO Illegal material (under the laws of the United States or the State of Illinois).
• NO Pornographic material.
• Please keep all painting or other crafting to the DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY. Painting/crafting on the game floor (carpeted areas) is prohibited. If crafting space is made available, drop clothes or other protective measures will have been taken. A staff member at Game Sign Up can help you locate designated areas, if present.
• DO NOT roll any carts, suitcases, or other items across the TILE floors of the lobby! Please load/unload at the side doors which allow for wheeled items to remain on the carpet. If accessing through the main doors, please CARRY or seek Minion assistance to carry items across tiled areas.

LOADING & UNLOADING GAME MATERIALS OR ITEMS FOR AUCTION

There may be a dolly or two for use on CARPETED areas near the Registration Desk. Please be considerate and return it to the location for others to use as soon as possible. 'Minions' have also been known to assist from time to time.

OPEN GAMING

There may be space for open gaming. Please check in with the Convention Staff at the Game Sign-up table to ask about open tables for a specific time slot.
