FIRST RESPONDERS DISCOUNT

ROCK-CON appreciates our Military, Firefighter, and Police (active duty and veteran) Attendees and will offer discounted admission on-site with ID showing proof of service (DEERS Card, DD214, etc.). If you choose to pre-register at the "normal" price to take advantage of advanced game sign-up, we can refund the difference at the Registration Desk with your verified ID - PLEASE ASK THE REGISTRATION STAFF WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR BADGE FOR YOUR DISCOUNT.

GAME MASTERS / JUDGES DISCOUNT

ROCK-CON remains committed to reducing the cost of admission for those who make the convention possible. If you are planning on running games as a Judge, please note that while you *DO *need to register and pay now, as we have done in previous years, discounts for our pre-badged judges of $10 per game run, will be given via refunds up to the cost of your badge, in the form of chits to be cashed in at Registration, after your registered and approved game(s) that are set-up and/or played. You will need to have obtained the chit from the Events Coordinator. Thank you for your willingness to run games and for your understanding.

REPLACEMENT BADGES

Badges will be issued on-site at the Registration Desk. Your badge IS your access to the convention. Please keep it with you and be prepared to show it to the Convention Staff. If you misplace your badge, you will have to pay for a new one (attendees who pre-registered online can receive a discount on replacement badges).

BADGE ACCESS

A badge is required to access any aspect of the convention. In an effort to minimize what we ask of our hard-working judges, we do not offer any special badge types to allow for observation or shopping only. This frees our staff and our judges from being in the uncomfortable position of asking a guest to leave a game due to an incorrect badge type. Your badge is your all-access pass to the convention and its activities.

BADGE CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

ROCK-CON understands that sometimes life happens and you may not be able to attend as originally planned. You may cancel your registration through TableTop Events up to 30 days before the first day of the convention, for a refund, minus transaction fees. After that date, we regret that we are unable to provide refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

EVENT CANCELLATIONS

On rare occasions, our Judges may need to cancel their event. If an event you were signed up for is canceled, please see our Staff at Game Sign-Up (across from Registration) who will work with you to find an alternate event.
