RiVirCon has expanded to three days of gaming!

Days 1 and 2 will be in the New Highland Church Rec Center, a large and well lit venue supporting 225 attendees.

Day 3 will be back at our original venue, the wonderful, but smaller, Milestone Community Clubhouse. This means we'll have a strictly limited number of 3-Day badges.

Attendee Pre-Registration

Early bird pre-registration is now OPEN.

To purchase your attendee badge use the "Buy Badges" button. This button is located to the right (web), bottom of page (smartphone).

Pre-registration and event submission will close Friday, March 6, at 11 pm.

After pre-registration closes you must purchase your badge at the door.

Event Selection / Registration

Once you have purchased a badge you can register into open events from the "Schedule of Events". Events descriptions will list all the details you need, including times, tickets, age range, etc.

For Day 1 and 2 at New Highland Church Rec Center, board and miniature games will be the Main Hall; RPGs and social will be in the quieter breakout rooms.

For Day 3 at Milestone Clubhouse, all games will be in one of the two rooms. Due to the layout, we will not host any RPG or social games on Day 3.

Event Submission

If you are interested in running an event, please submit an event description to RiVirCon using the Submit Event button to the right. We will review it and, if approved, list it on the Events page of RiVirCon for other attendees to join.

We happily accept board games, role playing games, miniature games, and other games.

Note: Event organizers may play in their own event and should indicate this and ensure tickets available is max players less their own seat.

RiVirCon Discord Server

The RiVirCon Discord Server is a great way to get notifications, announcements, and other information about the con, the flea market, events, and other information.

Attendees running events (event organizers of GMs) can organize players, times, and meet location in the convention hall in channel '#rivircon-spring-2026-game-organizing'.

Game Flea Market

The game flea market operates throughout the convention.

• Paid attendees may bring and place up to 20 items for sale
• Each game must be labeled. Use our handy fillable PDF form
• Placement Fee is $0.50 per item (max $10)

Volunteering at RiVirCon

We could not host such a great convention without support from volunteers to help with setup, clean up, registration, and attendee support. We will be opening up volunteer applications in February for various help.
