RiverCityCon Tabletop Gaming Convention 2025

Hello!

RiverCityCon is excited to return in 2025 for our second year! This year's convention will be held at the Holiday Inn Hurstbourne (Hwy 64, exit 15) on January 24 to 26, with everything starting at noon on Friday.

We are a diverse community that enjoys playing board games, card games, RPGs, social games… We have many board gaming and RPG events that will be scheduled over the weekend including:

Access to our 900+ Board Game Library
Many Play to Win Board and Card Games
Lots of Excellent Vendors
Learn to Play New Board Game Events
Game Tournaments, many with a learn to play before, including such favorites as Crokinole, Loopin' Louie, Cafe Baras, Beaver Creek, Cascadia!
Rob's Classic Tournaments, including Ticket to Ride, Splendor, 7 Wonders: Architects, and more!
Family Friendly Events
Lots of gaming opportunities for single attendees, including both new and experienced gamers
Blood on the Clock Tower sessions all weekend

Last year, our first year, we had 518 unique attendees (each person counted once, no matter how many days they came to the con). This year we anticipate 600 to 700 attendees! The response from Louisville gamers has been awesome.

Vending

Vending will open up early Aug. Booth spaces cost $195 and include 2 badges. There will not be table only spaces at this con.

Hotel

The Holiday Inn Hurstbourne gives our guests special rates for our gaming weekend. Don't forget to ask for the RiverCityCon rate. See venue info on the right for more details!
