Welcome to RiverCityCon 2027!

Thanks for your interest in being an Exhibitor at RiverCityCon 2027! Please complete and submit the application at the bottom of the page, and we will review it as quickly as possible. If anything is missing, we will let you know what we will need from you to approve the application.

We will not hold/reserve booths prior to receiving payment. Essentially, whomever selects and pays for a booth space first will get it.

If you are hoping to get multiple booths and there are not any side-by-side still available, feel free to reach out and we will see what we can work out for you.

Any food and/or beverage sales (or even samples) need to be approved before hand, as all sales of this kind need to be cleared by the Convention Center...NO EXCEPTIONS.

This convention will remain open in the event of adverse winter weather conditions. Therefore, there will be no refunds due to bad weather.

Vending setup will be available Friday morning, January 29th, but there is a potential we can have access on Thursday. We will email you closer to the convention with final details.

We do have official vending hours, during which we ask that you have your booth(s) open and available. But, you are welcome to be open before or after the official hours as long as the room is accessible. The official vending hours for each day shall be:

• Friday: 11:00am to 7:00pm
• Saturday: 11:00am to 7:00pm
• Sunday: 10:00am to 4:00pm

Additional Vendor badges are available for purchase if you require more than what is provided with your space.

Booth Costs/Basic Info

Ballroom Vending

• Ballroom Vendor Booth - $225 - This year, we have two size options for vending booths: an 8ft x 8ft space (64 sqft) or 6ft x 10ft (60 sqft). Please be aware of which size you are selecting. Each booth will come with two (2) badges. You will also have available for your use one 8ft table (30in x 96in) and two (2) chairs. This room will be locked each night at the completion of the final scheduled event (usually around midnight).
  This space may be set up in any way you desire. Electricity is available, but outlets may not be directly in your booth space. An extension cord and gaffer’s tape is recommended if you desire to have power in your space.

• Optional 01-02 - $120 - This is an 8ft x 10ft (80 sqft) space located between booths Vend01 and Vend02. In order to purchase this space, you must be the owner of BOTH Vend01 and Vend02. Otherwise this space will not be sold, and it will remain empty. This space does not come with additional badges.

Game Demo Hall

• Game Demo Booth - $90 - Comes with a 6ft x 8ft space (48 sqft) and one (1) badge. You will also have available for your use one (1) 6ft table (30in x 72in) and up to six (6) chairs. These are for games only (and related accessories)...no other products allowed. All stages of development are welcome (prototypes, pre-production, crowdfunding, or fully published). This will be in the hallway next to the ballroom. We have reduced the rate due to expecting less traffic in this area. This area will remain accessible at all hours. You may set up your space any way you desire. It can be as simple as a table and some chairs... Or you can have a full presentation within a 6'x8' space.

Entrepreneur Hall

• Makers Table - $105 - With the new location this year, we are able to have Maker's Tables. These are smaller and more affordable than a full sized booth. A majority of the products at these tables must be produced and/or designed by the booth owners (basically, no retailers or resellers). These come with a 6ft x 2.5ft table, up to two chairs, and one (1) badge. Crafts people, authors, artist... are the usual users. This area will remain accessible at all hours. A vertical screen/grid to hang product may be set up directly behind your table, or a sign/banner (these must be on a freestanding frame and may NOT be attached to the walls). Otherwise, your setup space is limited to the tabletop. Not all tables have access to electricity. If you require electricity at your table, then I recommend being prepared with an extension cord and gaffers tape.
