- 8' x 10' Booth $400
- 10' x 8" Booth $400
- 8' x 8' Booth with 2'x6' "L" extension $380
You can purchase up to 3 booth spaces.
- Perimeter booths are 8' deep x 10' wide (frontage) Pipe/Drape Booth
- Center booths are 10' deep x 8' wide (frontage) Pipe/Drape Booth
- Corner Booths are 8' deep x 8' wide (frontage) w/ 2' x 6' extension along the wall Pipe/Drape Booth (the extension will not be piped and draped)
Each 80sqft Pipe/Drape booth includes:
- One table (unskirted/no cover)
- Two chairs
- One trash bin
- Access to venue Wi-Fi
- One electrical outlet
- Black & white Logo in our ReaperCon 2023 printed program guide. The logo must be submitted to Kris Marquardt (vendors@reapercon.com) by July 31, 2023
- 2 Exhibitor Badges; additional exhibitor badges may be purchased at the cost of $20 each.
- Vendor Punch Card: This card enhances attendee participation directly with our exhibitors. Attendees come by each participating booth for a "punch" on their card to receive a prize at our Reaper booth. It is a good way to get attendees to your booth so you can promote your products/services. This is not required, you can opt out.
Cancellation Policy
- If you contact us to cancel before July 1st, you will receive a 100% refund.
- If you contact us to cancel July 2nd - July 29th, you will receive a 50% refund.
- If you contact us to cancel after Aug. 1st, no refund is given.
- If your space is not occupied by 10 am Thursday, September 1, 2023, we reserve the right to resell your space without compensation.
Setup and Teardown
Exhibitor Booth Setup is Wednesday, August 31, 2023, from 12 pm to 8 pm, and Thursday, September 1, 2023, from 8 am to 10 am.
Exhibitor area teardown begins Sunday at 2 pm when the Auction begins.
Booths must remain staffed, intact, and operational during vendor hours; booths may not be dismantled before the closing of the convention. Questions? Contact vendors@reapercon.com
