Help Us Keep the Coffee Flowing!

We're called Games Over Coffee for a reason. At the 2026 event we provided coffee Saturday morning and snacks and drinks Saturday afternoon. People liked it so much that they chipped in to bring the coffee back on Sunday morning.

This year, every attendee gets coffee Saturday and Sunday morning and drinks and snacks Saturday afternoon, at no cost. Nobody needs to bring money for anything at the event. Sponsors help us keep it that way.

Who You'll Meet

Protospiel Rochester 2027 runs January 22-24, 2027 at the RIT Inn & Conference Center in Henrietta. Past events have drawn 50 to 150 attendees: game designers, artists, editors, marketers, and avid tabletop gamers. For 2027 we are expecting 150 to 200 participants. They tend to be creative, detail-oriented people who are building products and businesses. It's a focused, engaged room.

Sponsorship Levels

Every $20 keeps one attendee's weekend of coffee, drinks, and snacks free. Each level covers more attendees and adds more visibility.

The printed handout lists all our sponsors. We recommnend the following information:

business name
contact information (website, email, phone number, etc.)
a sentence describing your business
the company logo (PNG file, at least 900 pixels on the shorter side)

To be listed on the printed handout, we need the information by January 8.

How It Works

Choose a level on the badge page. Each sponsorship level is a sponsor badge, and your Sponsor badges come with it.
We buy and manage all the refreshments. Your sponsorship pays for them. Sponsors can't bring their own food or drink.
Sponsors Table (Gold level). You get a 4-hour block at a table to promote your business and meet attendees. Sponsors Table blocks follow the same schedule as the Artist and Professional tables. As with everyone, no products are sold at the event.
Where the money goes. Sponsorship pays for refreshments. Anything beyond that goes back into the event, this year's or next.
Room to grow. If sponsorship goes beyond the current refreshments, we'll add more, such as Sunday snacks, and announce it in News.
Don't see a level that fits? Ask us. Use the Contact Us link on this page.

Why Sponsor?

You get a room full of people who make, design, and market games, and a very good reason to be on the coffee table.
