Precognition Virtual Convention - Gamemaster Terms & Conditions

By submitting an event for Precognition, you agree to the Terms & Conditions for All Attendees, and the following additional terms:

Volunteer Status: You acknowledge that you are a volunteer Gamemaster (GM) and do not expect any monetary compensation for running events from the convention or from players.

Event Content: You are responsible for the content of your events. All content must be safe-for-work and avoid material that could reasonably offend or alienate any participants, including the use of offensive or inappropriate language. There is an expectation that a respectful and welcoming environment for all participants will be maintained during all events.

Fantasy violence is generally expected in tabletop role-playing games. Any additional adult themes should be addressed professionally and tactfully, with consideration for the comfort levels of all participants.

Discussions of real-world politics are strictly prohibited.

Maintaining a respectful and welcoming environment for our participants is central to Precognition's operation, and we rely on our GMs to help create this atmosphere.

Platform & Technical Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary platform (e.g., Discord, Roll20) and technical requirements (e.g., microphone, internet connection) to run your event.

Scheduling & Attendance: You agree to run your event(s) at the scheduled time(s) and to communicate any changes to Precognition as soon as possible. You understand that attendance at your events may vary.

Cancellation: You agree to notify all players and Precognition of any cancellation to your planned events. Precognition reserves the right to cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.

Liability: Precognition is not responsible for any issues or disputes that may arise during your events.

Agreement Modification: Precognition may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

By submitting your event to Precognition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
