We’ve all heard that good role-players embrace the improv theater technique of “Yes and…”, but what does that actually mean? Where does the technique come from and are their other lessons that we as GMs can learn from that source? (Spoilers: yes, there are). This is active seminar encourages student participation. Attendees learn methods for bringing NPCs and scenes to life, and how to handle it when your players turn your carefully plotted session on its head.
