Code of Conduct The following items are grounds for expulsion from the event:

Harassment Policy The Philadelphia Area Gaming Expo (PAGE) is committed to providing a safe and fun gaming environment, where everyone is treated with courtesy, dignity, decency and respect. Unwelcome behavior or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.

PAGE defines harassment as ANY unwelcome conduct that is based on race, ethnicity, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, pregnancy, national origin, age, disability, military status, socio-economic status, marital status or appearance. Additionally, explicit or discriminatory images in public spaces, intimidation, insulting, stalking, following, unwanted photography or recording disrupting games or conversations, unwanted and/or inappropriate physical contact or sexual harassment of any kind.

All attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, staff and volunteers of PAGE are required to abide by this this code of contact.

Reporting Issues If you witness a violation of the code of conduction, or if you feel you are being harassed seek you can:

  1. Flag down a member of the staff (bright yellow shirts) or security (bright orange shirts.)

  4. Local Emergencies and Local Law Enforcement call 911

Resolution Convention personnel will address complaints of harassment or violations of the Code of Conduct in a prompt manner. If a participant is asked to stop behaving in a manner that violates this policy, immediate compliance is expected. Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct, Harassment Policy or PAGE Personnel directives could result in a range of sanctions ranging from a warning, requiring individuals to avoid any interaction with or be in proximity of harassed individuals for the remainder of the event, to expulsion from the event and reporting of the incident to law enforcement. Expulsions from the event are without refund and can carry over to future events at the discretion of PAGE personnel.
