Dice Throne: PvP Tournament
Bring your team of Dice Throne heroes, choose your matchup, and keep rollin' sixes to compete for the throne!
This tournament will follow Ranked Play rules (bring three unique heroes / ban one each round, 30 minute / 50 point matches), with three rounds of group play to establish rankings followed by a multiple-event bracket tournament. (Each player is guaranteed the full number of games in the tournament - no losing out!) Players are strongly encouraged to bring their own heroes, however a tournament library of all available characters will be available for players to borrow heroes on a first come, first served basis.
Mythic, promo, and DTA cards are not allowed (alternate art promos are okay), and the latest leaflets for all characters must be used.

This event is past the point where ticket sales are permitted.PLAYERS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO BRING THEIR OWN HEROES
Please arrive 15-20 minutes early if you plan to borrow heroes from the tournament library. Remember these are available on a first come, first served basis - if they've all been borrowed and you don't have your own, you won't be able to play. You must have 3 heroes to play.
If you arrive late for a round, you will receive a loss for that round. Please be prompt!
Tournament Format: 3 rounds of group play to establish ranking, followed by a multiple-event bracket tournament. (If you win your first match you continue in the A Event, if you lose your first match you fall to the B Event, and so on.) All players will be able play the full tournament - no losing out and having to leave early!
Each participant brings 3 heroes. Opponent bans 1 hero. These heroes will remain the same throughout the tournament.
Each round between 2 participants will be a single game. Time for each round: 30 minutes at 50 points.
Each round:
- Each player rolls a die, highest value wins. Winner of the die roll can be first or second player to ban 1 of their opponents 3 characters.
- Roll a die again, highest value wins. Winner of the die roll can choose to be first player, and make the first a hero choice OR have their opponent be the first player and make the hero choice first.
Important Information:
- Each game must keep track of the starting player.
- Once time is called, play continues until both participants have completed an equal number of turns. Then the match ends immediately.
- Total health remaining of each participant at the end of each round is also recorded (and used as a tie break in the event of a tie in the group play stage).
Bracket Stage Only - Ties:
If both players are reduced to zero health at the same time, or if time is called AND both players the same health after an equal amount of turns, the game continues with Penalty Shootouts.
- Maintain current board state.
- Reset health to 50.
- Each participant will get a single turn to deal as much damage as possible. A full turn will be taken (Upkeep, Income, Main Phase, ORP, DRP, Main Phase, Discard Phase.)
- The participant who has the most health after each player has had one turn is the winner.
- Any ties will continue the penalty shootout until a winner is determined.

- Dice Throne Adventure cards
